This document contains troubleshooting information for Printer Squirrel.

Because Printer Squirrel uses a client / server system for the capture of printer log files, logging packets can easily be blocked by firewalls.
The following are step by step troubleshooting instructions for cases when there are problems with logs not being captured correctly by Printer Squirrel.
