A home away from home, this warm and sunny home has views of the lake and mountains and is only five minutes walking from the lovely beaches of Wharewaka point . The playground and reserve are a short stroll away as is the lovely lions walk that leads you to Taupo .

Wharewaka is renowned for the safe pleasant swimming beaches which are sheltered from the prevailing wind .The house is in a quiet area which is safe for children , and the house is fenced with off street parking and a sunny garden area .We have a trampoline and spa for entertainment and a private lawn area for games. You can view the  parachutists from the kitchen window or spot the lake from the balcony. The deck has a BBQ on it for those long summer evenings.

We also have off street parking for the boat in behind a gate and a double garage where you can lock the car away.

This is a very safe area where the kids can ride their bikes easily and get down the the lake without having to cross any major roads .The lions walk is the ideal training place for young kids on bikes !! There are some bikes there for your use too.

The house is quiet day and night.
